Welcome to my blog! I’m Amanda, an enthusiastic event organizer from Denver with a deep passion for creating memorable and delicious events. At 38, I have been in the event planning business since 2017 and have successfully organized over 186 events. My specialty lies in Chipotle catering, combining my professional skills with a personal connection to the brand.

My journey with Chipotle is both professional and deeply personal. My mother, who worked at a Chipotle restaurant for many years, was a master at crafting the perfect Chipotle bowl. She taught me everything she knew about the flavors and ingredients that make Chipotle special. Tragically, I lost my mother to COVID-19, which initially distanced me from Chipotle. However, in 2023, I decided to reconnect with the brand she loved so much to honor her memory.
